1. Chief Executive Officer/Medical Director

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university/medical school.
• Master’s Degree in any Clinical Discipline from a recognized university.
• Must be registered with the Uganda Medical Council and hold a current Annual Practicing License.
• Additional training in health services management or a related qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

2. Deputy Principal, St. Francis Nyenga Nursing and Midwifery Training School

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Education or a Diploma in Health Tutorship from a recognized institution.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in the relevant health field, with at least 2 years as an Academic Registrar or Tutor in a health training institution.
• Registered with the relevant professional body and the Ministry of Education and Sports.
• Must hold a valid practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.

3. Academic Registrar, St. Francis Nyenga Nursing and Midwifery Training School

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Education or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Midwifery with a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a Tutor in a health training institution.
• Registered with the relevant professional body and the Ministry of Education and Sports.
• Must hold a valid practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.

4. Pharmacy Technician

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered and licensed with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
