Key Accounts Manager

Key Accountabilities
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
- Formulary listings in targeted key hospital accounts
- Sales data and revenue progress reporting
- Establishing contracts with key accounts and devising joint business plans and rewards.
- Market intelligence.
- Collaboration with the sales team
- Develop a pricing model that materially enhances Cipla margins & that which makes Cipla become the most profitable company for the channel
- Continually exploring newer sales avenues
Educational qualifications & desired competencies:
- Holder of BSc / BBA / BBM
- Should possess strong commercial acumen & passion for results
- Must demonstrate business planning & organisational skills
- Should be a good negotiator with a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) applications
Relevant experience:
- Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Demonstrate successful track-record of growing key accounts in a sales role
