Logistics Officer

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the supply chain for solar home systems, from procurement to delivery.

– Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.

– Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of products.

– Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and customers to streamline logistics processes.

– Prepare logistics reports and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

– 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.

– Strong organizational and communication skills.

– Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
