Manager-Business Partnerships and Customer Relations

Prudential is hiring an experienced Manager-Business Partnerships and Customer Relations to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and foster strong customer relationships. This role will drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our market position.
Principal Accountabilities:
Partnership Development
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute partnership plans to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership alignment.
- Monitor partnership performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities through partnerships and customer relationships.
- Develop and execute business development plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide input on product development and pricing strategies
