Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Identify and target potential clients, securing partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging promotional materials.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the entertainment or events industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
