Marketing Officer

Stanbic Bank is hiring a Marketing Officer to facilitate and coordinate projects across the CIB, PBB and BCB Marketing Teams in order to ensure seamless functioning for all stakeholders. To execute approved events end-to-end to assist Business to achieve the desired outcomes. To execute approved events end-to-end to assist Business to achieve the desired outcomes.

To support the marketing and communications team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, this includes conducting market research and driving tactical marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist with internal communication and marketing events.
Adhere to the Procurement, Compliance, Risk and Legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance on behalf of the key stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing agencies to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, and social media posts.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Collaborate with Marketing Managers to monitor and control various external suppliers to ensure the Business brief is met, protect the Bank’s reputation and optimise the impact of approved events.

Qualifications

First degree in Journalism/Marketing/Communication/Public Relations.
