Non-Resident Graphics Designers
Full-time
CSBAG is hiring Non-Resident Graphics Designers to support our communication efforts by designing high-quality visual content for publications, social media, reports, infographics, and other advocacy materials. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for transforming complex information into visually appealing content
- Minimum Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work in advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Experience working with NGOs or advocacy organizations is an added advantage.
- a) Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for reports, policy briefs, social media, and other advocacy materials.
- Develop visually engaging infographics, banners, posters, and digital content.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all CSBAG materials.
- Collaborate with the communications team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Edit and refine visual content to align with CSBAG’s objectives and target audiences.
- Provide design support for event materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- b) Contract
- The contract is one year with possibility of extension according to candidate’s performance
