Key Responsibilities:
The Nursing Officer will provide quality nursing services to staff, students, and surrounding communities. Duties include patient evaluation, medication management, and infection control.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing or Comprehensive Nursing.
• A Degree in Nursing is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Must be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Age: 23-35 years at the time of application.

Clinical Officer

The Clinical Officer will support medical care at Ndejje University Health Centres, manage clinical cases, ensure infection control, and participate in community outreach activities.

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Community Health.
• Registered with Allied Health Professionals Council.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Age: 23-35 years at the time of application.

Records Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:
The Records Management Officer will manage University records, ensure compliance with legal standards, and train staff on best practices for records management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Records/Archives Management, Library & Information Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• ICT literate.
• Age: 30-45 years at the time of application.

Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will assist in managing HR operations, support recruitment, handle staff performance, and coordinate welfare initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in HRM, Business Administration (HRM), or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in higher education.
• Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
• Age: 28-35 years at the time of application.
• A mature and practicing Christian who subscribes to the University’s Core values.

Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Accountant will manage financial records, prepare reports for audits, oversee inventory, and manage cash flow projections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Full professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, etc.).
• At least 7 years of financial management experience, including 3 years in a senior role.
• Age: 35-45 years at the time of application.
• A mature and practicing Christian who subscribes to the University’s Core values.
