Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain detailed and accurate financial reports as follows:
*Petty Cash – uses and sources
* Money collected from customer service appointments and sale of our genuine spare parts via cash, EFT and/or cheque.
*Keep proper and accurate ledger – listing all invoices and receipts issued
All daily and weekly reports must be submitted on time.
2. Manage customer relationships by scheduling customer service appointments and inquiring about their machines, satisfaction with our service, etc.
3. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements by the external accountant by entering all required items into QuickBooks.
4. Assist outside accountant with various financial requests.
5. Support the Technical Manager by keeping track of inventory / stock levels.
6. Support the CEO with ordering new products and coordinating all logistics activities. We import products from North America, Europe and China.
7. Contribute ideas and suggestions during Weekly Team Meetings. Team Meetings are held via Zoom Meetings or at the office.
