Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Solar Energy Operations Assistant at our company. The ideal candidate will oversee and execute day-to-day operations, meet with clients, drive marketing and sales efforts, draft proposals and pitch decks, conduct research, record meeting minutes, and ensure our offices’ smooth functioning. As a solar company, the candidate must possess a strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute day-to-day operations of the company Meet with clients to understand their needs and communicate company offerings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services
- Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets and expand customer base
- Draft proposals and pitch decks for potential clients
- Conduct in-depth research on solar energy technologies, market trends, and competitors
- Record and distribute accurate minutes for all company meetings
- Maintain a presence at the startup company offices to oversee daily activities and address any operational issues
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in operations management, sales, and marketing Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
