Overall job purpose:
This role will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all operational aspects related to the supply chain, inventory management, logistics and overall business processes. Additionally, this role may involve monitoring and improving processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations as well as fostering continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED SKILLS.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- Previous experience with a medical equipment supplies company is an added advantage
