Full-time
The Paralegals (6) will serve as the first point of contact for community members facing human rights violations, offering initial legal guidance, documenting cases, and connecting affected individuals with the legal team. The role is critical in advocating for marginalized groups, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community, and supporting the legal team’s broader advocacy efforts.
Reports to: Paralegal Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Human Rights, or a related field. Certification in paralegal studies is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a paralegal, legal assistant, or human rights advocacy role.
