Principal

Your role includes:

• Overseeing academic programs and ensuring they meet high standards of excellence.
• Managing school budgets and financial planning.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
• Implementing policies and procedures to enhance school operations.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Engaging with parents, the community, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in educational administration, including experience as a school headmaster or principal.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple schools or educational programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
• A valid teaching license or certification
