Repair Center Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Repair Center Intern to join our team at Zembo. The intern will assist in addressing client motorbike repairs, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced repair center environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Repairs: Help technicians in diagnosing and repairing motorbike issues.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide updates on repair status.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing and organizing spare parts and tools.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

 

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant technical or vocational program.
  • Basic understanding of motorbike mechanics is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
