Sales Administration Coordinator

Full-time

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Sales Administration Coordinator has the primary responsibility for supporting all field sales activities and projects. The role is HQ-based and requires a high level of organization skills. The role is suitable for an individual who is passionate about data analysis, sales, marketing and coordinating support to various teams to succeed . The successful candidate should be keen on working in a thriving social impact business focused on small-scale farmers with an aim of transforming livelihoods.

Responsibilities

Incentive Schemes Management

  • Verify, track and compile all refer & earn payments due and submit for approval
  • Compile, verify and submit for approval all employee and sales agent commissions and/or bonuses
  • Track, compile and enforce all Sales Agent commission penalties prior to commission payout
  • Compile, verify and submit any promotional prizes and rewards due during sales promotion events
  • Lead the optimisation of sales incentives to enhance efficiencies as well as performance outputs

Agent Support

  • Manage Field Sales Agent registration ensuring all requirements are met prior to onboarding and training
  • Take lead in issuing IDs to active Field Sales Agents as well as branding items
  • Respond to and coordinate resolution of all Agent matters regarding registration, IDs, sales, leads commissions and branding items
  • Act as a key liaison between Agents, Team Leads and the Training Team to streamline onboarding of new Agents
  • Analyse and report on the number of active and inactive sales agents on a regular basis alongside Sales Agent performance metrics
  • Take lead in generating proforma and commercial invoices in support of all sales efforts ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices

Commercial Performance Tracking

  • Analyse and report on performance metrics across field sales, telesales and Business Development, including leads, sales and agent recruitment as well as performance
  • Own the compilation of BvA analysis and reports based on key performance indicators
  • Track and analyse budget expenditures against performance metrics
  • Support timely processing of client accounts for refunds alongside any commission clawbacks and maintain organized records of the same

Sales Support

  • Support new product pilots and launches and related performance tracking and reporting
  • Ensure all client data is complete and accurately entered in the CRM and ERP systems, as required
  • Facilitate the compilation, submission for review and completion of Partnerships performance reports
  • Coordinate the allocation and dispatch of demo systems alongside branding and marketing materials in liaison with the Marketing and Operations Teams
  • Support Logistics Management and travel arrangements for the commercial team where necessary

Does this sound like you?

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business or other related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting large Field Sales Teams
  • Hands on experience in working with data collection, analysis and reporting tools
  • Competent in Excel, PowerBI and dashboard development
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Work experience in direct sales target driven business and good with group presentation and selling
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and willing to learn.
  • Experience in solar/ off-grid pump systems would be an advantage.
