Sales and Marketing Executives

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Delivery of weekly and monthly volume targets in the area of best effort.
2. Collecting and compiling market statistics on selling/buying prices, stock/purchase levels, brand availability/market share and source of supply.

3. Analyzing trends/ variances through preparation of weekly reports. Monthly review of performance and initiation of corrective action.
4. Implementation of required plans at retail level.eg Poster/signage delivery, price communication,etc.

5. Identify customer needs; document customer complaints and follow up resolution of retailer complaints.
6. Receive customer orders, and assist in timely collection of dues.
7. Participate in forecasts and sales plan preparation in area of best effort

8. Establish and ensure maintenance of good relations with customers.
9. Other special assignments that will be assigned in the area of best effort.

Required Qualifications skills and attributes.
Educational Requirements
1. Must have a Bachelors of Degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing from a recognized University or its equivalent
2. Knowledge and past experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.

Other Technical & Job-Related Skills
1. Report writing skills
2. Basic computer skills and knowledge of excel and Microsoft word.
3. Good Analytical skills (able to understand basic profit & loss calculations)
4. Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.

5. Able to work extended hours when required
6. Good verbal communication skills
