Sales Executive

Aviva Elite Developers is hiring a Sales Executive to play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Conducting sales presentations to showcase our offerings.
  • Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Understanding of the construction industry and housing market.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in B2C sales is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
