Sales Manager

Talkio Mobile is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to develop and execute regional sales strategies. You’ll oversee staff, dealers, and franchisees, maximizing sales of prepaid airtime, devices, and digital services.

Responsibilities:

Lead achievement of regional sales targets across all channels.
Manage and expand Talkio Mobile’s retail network.
Optimize distribution costs and channel partner efficiency.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction across retail outlets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Marketing/Economics/Business Administration
5+ years of sales & distribution experience in telecom services or FMCGs
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office & business tools
