Sales Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Tracked and supervised sales team output weekly.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to Inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility_

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing. Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales. preferably in the logistics sector.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
