Sales Manager

EHS Logistics Uganda Limited is hiring a Sales Manager responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Tracked and supervised sales team output weekly.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to Inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility_
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing. Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales. preferably in the logistics sector.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
