Dubaimachines.com is a dynamic and growing organization operating in B2B & B2C Retail. We specialize in a diverse category of products. As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Kampala, Uganda.
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in Kampala and surrounding areas. This role involves a combination of indoor and outdoor activities, including client visits, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Location: G-07, Ground Floor Mulawa Mall Kira Municipality Kampala, Uganda
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Actively pursue sales leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to management.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients and address any customer concerns or issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience working in Kampala or knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
- Must be willing to engage in both indoor and outdoor sales activities.
