Senior Associate- Data Analytics

Specific roles:  

• Develop and deliver analytics reporting and Business Intelligence dashboards and reports as required by business areas.
• Design data analysis routines and tools to detect fraud and/or control weaknesses.
• Exhibit strong consulting skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for customer service and the ability to work in a billable hour environment.
• Promote a data-driven mindset and collaborate with stakeholders in defining business problems and delivering analytics solutions that produce tangible business results.
• Interpret data and analysis into impactful, action-oriented insights for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate key findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using storytelling techniques

Desired Qualifications, skills and attributes

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, statistics or related fields of core sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio showcasing previous analyses, reports, or dashboards.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

Competences:

• Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and data engineering knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
• Strong leadership track record with the ability to work independently and effectively with leadership teams.
• Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Results-driven with high accuracy of output.
