Service Advisor M/F

CFAO Motors is hiring a Service Advisor M/F to ensure customer satisfaction through effectively identifying/interpreting customer needs and communicating them to the Workshop team to fix them right the first time.
Key responsibilities
1. Accurate identification of customer needs and accurate repair order preparation.
2. Take all steps to address, resolve and follow up all customer complaints in the shortest time possible.
3. Update customers on progress of work and notify them of any changes to manage client expectations.
4. Carry out post service follow ups to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with services rendered.
5. Adhere to the Service Manuals – Fix it right (Kodawari) and safety (Anzen) standards.
Educational and Experiential requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering
- At least 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry
