Social Equity Project Lead

Full-time

We are hiring A Social Equity Project Lead at Junior Achievement Uganda! This role involves leading the implementation of our project in Uganda, working closely with local staff, managing relationships, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and curriculum adaptation.
  • Organize Entrepreneurship & Leadership Bootcamps.
  • Oversee the JA Digital Entrepreneurship Education Program (DEEP).
  • Manage Social Impact Projects & Business Pitch Competitions.
  • Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Facilitate communication and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Project Management certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least two in management roles within social sector, youth development, or project management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, time management, and people management skills.
  • Financial management and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and execution skills.
