Supervisor ICS

Reports To: Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support EPcmC staff and contractors in delivering pipeline and related infrastructure.
• Assist the Construction Manager in executing and monitoring telecom and security cable installation and testing.
• Supervise instrumentation certification, installation, field hook-ups, cabling, terminations, and testing.
• Perform system line checks, field instrument checks, and certification.
• Troubleshoot E&I systems and programs.
• Conduct calibration, functional checks, loop checks, and respective testing.
• Ensure compliance with ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and proper documentation.
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) inspections.
• Conduct system walk-downs, line checks, punch-listing, and issue resolutions.
• Participate in pre-commissioning (pre-COM) and commissioning (COM) activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, project teams, and client representatives.
• Review method statements, drawings, and installation plans.
• Ensure work quality, HSE compliance, and timely documentation of completed work.

Person Specification

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Telecom Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of E&I experience in cross-functional oil & gas pipeline projects.

• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk controls, and HSE site requirements.
• Excellent communication, networking, and teamwork skills, particularly in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Proven HSSE and QA/QC leadership in large-scale oil & gas projects.
• Ability to develop and implement project execution strategies to meet challenging project objectives.
• Strong understanding of project integration and interface management, ensuring smooth coordination between different project elements.
• Focus on quality deliverables, operational integration, and project performance.
• Ability to resolve project issues effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams to drive performance and efficiency.
