This position is based in our Bukerere office in Mukono.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional support for our users via live chats, emails and voice in English.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services.
- Troubleshoot for website and hosting clients. [Think of it like chatting with friends who need a tech wizard!].
- Securely work with sensitive information from our users.
Bonus points if you:
- Have previous experience in the service industry.
- Are excited to help people and have empathy.
- Have a general idea of how websites work (but no worries, we’ll train you!)
- Can clearly explain things and turn frowns to smiles
- Enjoy a challenge and can keep up in a fast-paced environment
No experience? No problem! We’re looking for bright young learners like you. Candidates from neighbouring communities e.g. Mukono, Bukerere, Sonde, Namugongo, Kira are strongly encouraged to apply.
