Education & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Company policies and procedures in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
• Assist the Operator in checking equipment for damages during transit.
• Rig up/down equipment as per instructions.
• Conduct daily maintenance as prescribed in the maintenance manual, and record it.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and machines.
• Build and maintain healthy professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
• Adhere to agreed work and leave schedules during base and field operations.
• Maintain effective communication with the Company representative to prioritize and safely execute job activities.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Qualified candidates should possess the following:
  Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  Intermediate computer skills
  Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance
  Strong mathematical skills
  Knowledge of basic Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems
  Basic report writing skills

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization.
