Dance and Choreography.
Film, Television and Video Production.
Professional or Personal development.

REQUIREMENTS

Our study programs are meant to develop artists, performers, and creative professionals at various stages and needs of their careers so they can maximise on their strengths, overcome their weaknesses and thrive at their full potential.

We give priority to trainers who exhibit:

Passion for teaching and empowering creative talent.
Practical skills with equipment relevant to their field.
Knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, and applications.
Established connections within the creative arts community.
Demonstrated professional ethics, integrity, and loyalty.
Experience in talent development and training.

ROLES

As a Talent Trainer at FlourishTalents, you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing strategic, insightful and engaging training from your expertise.
Providing hands-on training with equipment and tools as necessary.
Actively participating in workshops, mentorship sessions, and events.
Collaborating with the team on various initiatives to support talent development.

Qualifications, awards, and accreditation in relevant fields are an added advantage.
