Stanbic Bank is hiring a Team Leader-Regional Cash

Job Description

Manage all forms of cash operations as well as resources at the regional cash centre.
Assess and understand the risks associated with handling and movement of cash and maintain an effective system of controls in order to reduce the overall exposure and thereby minimize risk.
Oversee the implementation & adherence of branch cash holdings and RCC to the set cash holdings limits and central bank requirements.
Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards Control receipts and payments of treasury cash.
Ensure that all cash centres have pre-requisite human and non-human resources so as to be able to operate without subjecting the bank to any form of risks.

Qualifications

University degree in Business or related field.

Sound knowledge of the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures regarding security of cash as related to the job.
A good understanding of the impact of cash holdings on the Bank’s liquidity management plan.
