Technical Operator (Wheat Grain Milling Process)

Experience Level: Minimum 4 years in grain milling process

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain grain milling machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
• Receive hands-on training in the milling process to become proficient in grain milling operations.
• Maintain daily and weekly production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical components of the equipment.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspection to ensure continuous production.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards during all milling and production processes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in grain milling operations.
• Education: Secondary School Certificate. Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in grain milling operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
