Training Manager  

Full-time

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is hiring a a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our training initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
  • Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures.
  • Develop training Materials such as manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminar that educate and inspire.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Manage and oversee the training budget.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

Business administration job
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other relevant course.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager for at least five (5) years.
  • Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
  • Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching.
  • Strong training content and report writing skills.
