Training Manager

Location: Head Office, Kampala

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess training needs through surveys, employee interviews, or consultations with managers.
2. Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures.
3. Develop training materials such as manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
4. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars that educate and inspire.
5. Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
6. Manage and oversee the training budget.
7. Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant course.
2. Proven experience as a Training Manager for at least five (5) years.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching.
5. Strong training content development and report writing skills.
