AGL (Africa Global Logistics) is hiring a Transport Administrator who will drive revenue generation through efficient customer service and document management. Ensure client KPIs are met by driving business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
UTD Customer Service
- Receive, vet and track customer documents
- Open job files in SPOT
- Timely invoicing and communication with customers
- Cargo tracking and updates
- Minimizing operational delays
Travel Allowance
- Process driver travel allowances
- Ensure accountability and maintain auditable records
Document Management

- Open job files in SPOT
- Archive documents for closed jobs
- Provide files to internal clients
- Attach invoices and transporter documents
- Maintain physical files and archives
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or management.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics Management
Special Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and data analysis
- Organizational and time management skills
