Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and directing the marketing department, including digital marketing,
    advertising, communications, and creative teams.
  • Developing marketing strategies, allocating resources, and setting short-term and
    long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets as agreed with the CEO
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,
    media outlets, and industry influencers.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives,
    including impact on lead flow and retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs in driving lead generation, customer retention, and overall campaign performance.
  • Implement processes and tools to enhance sales and marketing efficiency, while ensuring smooth collaboration with departments all departments
  • Develop and implement various brand strategies & oversee implementation of
    integrated marketing strategy, including innovative campaigns and digital
    marketing.
  • Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition,
    opportunities, and customers.
  • Achieve at least 600 qualified sales leads per month.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
