
Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a Property Consultant on behalf of our client in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will sell and showcase properties, build client relationships, and help drive strategic business growth by meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Present available real estate properties to prospective clients and build lasting relationships to meet set sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through calls, site visits, emails, presentations, and other engagement methods.
- Proactively identify and pursue new leads, follow up diligently, and close sales while maintaining high-quality client relationships.
- Share client feedback with internal teams such as marketing and sales to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Identify new campaign opportunities and explore untapped sales channels, including organizing and conducting property site visits.
- Continuously follow up on assigned leads, match clients to suitable properties, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to engage with new and existing clients and address inquiries.
- Monitor client satisfaction by identifying and resolving concerns promptly and conducting regular follow-ups and visits.
- Research market trends and sales data to advise clients effectively while maintaining accurate records such as contracts, reports, and client information.
- Ensure all relevant client and sales information is accurately captured in the CRM system by the end of each business day.
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes, procedures, and reporting systems as needed.
- Collaborate daily with team members to share updates, ensure service excellence, and align efforts for optimal client satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
