Home Harvest is hiring a Sales Agronomist – Eastern Region to drive growth and support farmers in the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Home Harvest seeds to farmers & agro-dealers
• Provide agronomic guidance (spacing, fertilizer use, pest & disease management)
• Support farmer demos & trainings
  Keep accurate sales records and submit daily reports Build strong customer relationships & handle inquiries
• Stay updated on Home Harvest’s product portfolio

Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture (Crop), Agribusiness, or related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in agriculture (private sector preferred)
  Strong customer service & communication skills
  Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
