Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum Second Class Upper (or equivalent GPA) preferred.

A brief statement of interest outlining your motivation for joining the NSSF Graduate Trainee Program.

Must have completed an undergraduate program between 2023 and 2025.

Must be a Ugandan citizen.

Age: 18–25 years at the time of application.
Program Tenure

Duration: Maximum of 2 years.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in structured training and development activities to build technical and professional skills.

Work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Contribute to NSSF’s mission through assigned tasks in relevant departments.

Engage in cross-functional collaboration to gain exposure to various aspects of the organization.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support program objectives.
