The NSSF Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide young professionals with hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill development to kick-start their careers in a supportive and innovative environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum Second Class Upper (or equivalent GPA) preferred.
  • A brief statement of interest outlining your motivation for joining the NSSF Graduate Trainee Program.
  • Must have completed an undergraduate program between 2023 and 2025.
  • Must be a Ugandan citizen.
  • Age: 18–25 years at the time of application.
Program Tenure
  • Duration: Maximum of 2 years.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in structured training and development activities to build technical and professional skills.
  • Work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Contribute to NSSF’s mission through assigned tasks in relevant departments.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to gain exposure to various aspects of the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program objectives.
