Pearl Chips Ltd is hiring an Accounting Administrator with the following responsibilities;
Department: Finance
Location: Mbale – on premise and at home.
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain our financial system (ODOO) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the processing of payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the monthly Tax returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting with a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Must have experience with ODOO ERP systems.
- Must have experience with EFRIS
- Must be organized and accurate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
