Pearl Chips Ltd is hiring an Accounting Administrator with the following responsibilities;

Department: Finance

Location: Mbale – on premise and at home.

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain our financial system (ODOO) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the processing of payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the monthly Tax returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Must have experience with ODOO ERP systems.
  • Must have experience with EFRIS
  • Must be organized and accurate.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
