Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our full suite of services. We are looking for someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base for both in-house and BDO services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients
  • Promote and position recruitment, HR, and business development outsourcing (BDO) services to potential partners
  • Conduct industry and market research to understand trends and support strategic client targeting
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and outsourced BDO teams
  • Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and contribute to overall business growth

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving targets and delivering value to clients
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and support skill development
  • Experience working on international projects or with diverse client portfolios is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and B2B partnership development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and solution selling in service-based industries
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
