Java House is hiring a Food Safety Officer with the following qualifications;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Food Science or diploma in relevant field.
  • Ugandans are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum two to three year work experience as hygiene and sa-nitization officer in a hotel/restaurant or similar large restaurant complex or cleaning equipment, plant and environment.
  • Experience in the cleaning of highly sensitive equipment prefe-rred.
  • Flexible approach to working and committed to occasional night shifts and weekend working.
  • Experience of conducting training on a one on one basis or to small groups
  • Flexibility to travel
