Sokoni Africa Limited is in search of a dedicated and skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service and support. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in creating an efficient and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge agents, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Manage daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and enhance the guest experience
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for front office staff
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing transactions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure prompt service and room readiness
  • Prepare reports on front office activities, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and staff performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role within the hotel industry
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
