Ndakala & Partners LLP, a growing and dynamic audit and advisory firm, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated and ambitious Graduate Audit Interns to gain practical exposure to audit and assurance engagements while also supporting selected marketing and client engagement initiatives. This position provides a well-rounded learning experience for candidates aspiring to work in both accounting and business development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit assignments under supervision.
• Support in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and gather relevant financial data.
• Contribute to the firm’s marketing and outreach initiatives, including digital content, client communications, and event coordination.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and firm policies.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (accounting option preferred) from a recognized institution.
• CPA qualification (completed or at an advanced stage).
• Experience or strong interest in marketing, communication, or client relations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
