| Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages Africa /CCBA is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda /CCBU is a subsidiary of CCBA, and we are currently seeking to recruit Load Makers based in Mbarara. As a Load Maker, you will report directly to the Warehouse Stock Team Leader.

| Key Duties & Responsibilities | • Accurately verify all products prior to dispatch or receipt. • Verify picking slips against load manifests and invoices. • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff i.e. Forklift Operators, loaders, off loaders etc. in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. • Ensure mixed pallets align with customer orders. • Adhere to FEFO and(or) FIFO standards of warehouse operations • Inspect returned products and empty bottles from the market. • Coordinate truck space allocation for loading and unloading activities. • Perform daily and Monthly stock counts as per procedure. • Oversee stacking and organization of empties, full products, and pallets in the yard. • Address and resolve issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments, or stock shortages. • Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet operational requirements. • Oversee Safe/proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts & pallet jacks). • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries and shipments. • Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, health, and environmental standards. |
