• Provide leadership and execute LIVE broadcast coverage while ensuring quality assurance.
• Direct top-tier news-related shows and programs, meeting deadlines and ensuring studio and equipment functionality.
• Oversee technical aspects of newscasts, including camera shots and on-air product quality.
• Operate equipment for program production or LIVE broadcasts from remote locations.
• Advise on filter options, lens choices, and visual effects in collaboration with producers and cameramen.
• Ensure error-free, well-packaged newscasts.
• Conceptualize and deliver breaking news with minimal turnaround time.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to align news content presentation with NTV’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Academic: Degree in Journalism and Media Studies.
• Professional: Diploma in TV Production.
• Experience: 2–3 years in TV production.
