Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Night Auditor or Front Office professional.
- Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for guest interaction and report preparation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to reconcile daily transactions accurately.
- Ability to remain attentive and alert during overnight shifts.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
