Jubilee Health Insurance is looking for a Retention Officer – Corporate. In this role, you’ll focus on retaining existing corporate clients within Jubilee Health Uganda, ensuring their satisfaction, and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of client servicing experience in the insurance industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

Relevant Experience

  • 3 years of working experience in a client servicing role within the insurance industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., COP, ACM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client retention, corporate account management, or relationship management within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key corporate accounts and achieving retention targets.
  • Sound understanding of health insurance products, underwriting principles, and client servicing dynamics.
