Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of lubricants within the assigned territory and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to maintain product availability, visibility, and distribution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Identify, onboard, and support new and existing distributors while monitoring their performance.
  • Manage accounts by handling reconciliations, invoicing, debt collection, and statement delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities, execute promotional campaigns, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Provide product knowledge, training, and demonstrations to customers, mechanics, garages, and service centers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports, offering market insights and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards and uphold company policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and supply chain to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Sales Experience in the Oil industry is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, trade marketing, and credit management.
