DHL Uganda is hiring a SAP Super User Order Processing to act as the key bridge between SAP order processing Team, Business Users and Logistics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Escalate complex issues to Logistics by ensuring smooth SAP usage
- Verify Systems in-bound and out bound orders
- Stocks aging monitoring and reporting in the System
- Ensures all discrepancies arising from receipts and dispatches are communicated to the respective stockholders, either by telephone or email.
- Document SAP processes
- Provide first level support, train, monitor and review the progress of new and current order processing controllers
- Appropriately investigate and correct all receiving discrepancies and exception reports in the System.
- Active participation in stock take planning and preparation by ensuring all System Transactions are completed with required Approvals
- Adhere to the units SHE rules and best practice. Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 2 – 3 years in warehousing / logistics / FMCG environment experience
- Knowledge and experience of the SAP WM system
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to Understand Customer needs and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, supply chain or Logistics
