DHL Uganda is hiring a SAP Super User Order Processing to act as the key bridge between SAP order processing Team, Business Users and Logistics.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Escalate complex issues to Logistics by ensuring smooth SAP usage
  • Verify Systems in-bound and out bound orders
  • Stocks aging monitoring and reporting in the System
  • Ensures all discrepancies arising from receipts and dispatches are communicated to the respective stockholders, either by telephone or email.
  • Document SAP processes
  • Provide first level support, train, monitor and review the progress of new and current order processing controllers
  • Appropriately investigate and correct all receiving discrepancies and exception reports in the System.
  • Active participation in stock take planning and preparation by ensuring all System Transactions are completed with required Approvals
  • Adhere to the units SHE rules and best practice. Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years in warehousing / logistics / FMCG environment experience
  • Knowledge and experience of the SAP WM system
  • Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to Understand Customer needs and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, supply chain or Logistics
